Shoulders

Ask someone to help and keep your shoulders relaxed.

Chest

Keep the tape level and breathe normally.

Sleeve

Do not lock your elbow straight while measuring.

Shirt Length

Stand upright and choose a hem point that gives the coverage you want when the shirt is untucked.

Waist

Keep one finger beneath the tape and do not pull your stomach in.

Hips / Seat

Check from the side that the tape stays level.

Wrist

Tell us in the notes if you regularly wear a large watch.

Thigh

Stand naturally with your weight even on both feet.

Outseam

Wear the shoes you expect to pair with the trousers.

Inseam

A well-fitting pair of trousers can help confirm this number.

Trouser Length

Wear your intended shoes and tell us whether you prefer no break, a slight break, or a full break.
